We are keeping regular storefront business hours, Tues-Sat, 10am-6pm. We understand that comfort levels are varied amidst pandemic uncertainty and unrest.
We are committed to maintaining a healthy, sanitized environment at Saporito. Because our customers will need to restock EVOO and balsamic vinegar, we are offering Curbside Pickup and are happy to your bring order out to your car, if desired. Farmers Markets Schedule
Saporito has a table at the Haile Farmer’s Market, Saturdays, 8:30am-noon. Our fresh olive oil and balsamics pair so well with the seasonal, homegrown produce, pastured meat and local food found there. 🥕 We will gladly bring you any size or flavor from our NW Gainesville tasting room when you call or email your Special Order by Friday, 5pm. 🛍
We are blessed to have fresh, healthy, food in a safe, open-air atmosphere during this COVID-19 pandemic. Vendors and patrons are adhering responsibly to social distance requirements. Folks are making their weekly grocery purchases quickly and returning home, so the market is not crowded.
Thank God for our hardworking farmers and their amazing spring bounty. It’s an even more important time to be eating well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Fresh Pasta with Chef Miles, July 25
Learn to make and roll your own fresh, PASTA from scratch with Chef Miles Burnett! 👨🍳
Miles is well-known for his unique culinary creativity and impressive resourcefulness with non-traditional ingredients. He was an Iron Chef competitor at the 2017 Taste of Greater Gainesville and has worked at Dragonfly and Paramount Grill. He lives in St. Augustine, enjoys fishing and is currently a private chef and a regular fish vendor at the Haile Farmer’s Market. Miles has a wealth of experience rolling pasta – from tagliatelle, cavatelli, and fettuccine to agnolotti.
Back by popular demand, we are honored to have Chef Miles Burnett, at Saporito. A most gifted, witty and fun culinary artist. 🍽
