Ingredients
- ½ cup quartered strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup blackberries
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- ½ cup fresh, chopped cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons Saporito Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Saporito Persian Lime Olive Oil
- pinch of salt and pepper (optional)
Directions
Prepare all ingredients by cutting the strawberries into quarters, finely chopping the red onion and cilantro.
Combine the berries together with onion and cilantro.
Drizzle with Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar and Persian Lime Olive Oil and toss.
Serve with cucumber slices, pita chips, chicken, fish, rice or quinoa.
