Ingredients
- 5-6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoncini
- 3 green onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro coarsely chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tablespoons Saporito Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Saporito Grapefruit White Balsamic (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
Directions
- Wisk lime juice, EVOO, salt and pepper and pepperoncini.
- Add everything else.
- Serves 8.
