- 1 lb Roma tomatoes (or your favorite, fresh)
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 2 avocadoes
- 2 tablespoons robust Saporito Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Saporito Garlic Infused Olive Oil (EVOO)
- juice of 1 fresh-squeezed lemon
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, dill or basil (optional)
Arrange tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, avocado, and chopped cilantro on a pretty plate.
Drizzle with 2 Tablespoons robust extra virgin olive oil and fresh-squeezed lemon. Add 1 teaspoon sea salt and ⅛ tsp black pepper. Finish with fresh, chopped herb (your choice).
