Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, cleaned, leaves removed
- 2 Tablespoons Traditional or Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey or 1 small pinch of stevia (optional)
- 3 Tablespoons Saporito Tuscan Herb or robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tablespoon dijon or spicy brown mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
Combine ingredients. Blend until smooth. Store in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to a week. Amazing on spinach or seasonal greens. Really good topped with favorite nuts. We recommend raw or Spiced Pecans.
