Really fun to make this salad, as different varieties and colors change with the seasons. Rinse and chop vegetables, finely. In a large bowl, massage with olive oil. Cube avocado and add to salad. Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive OilBalsamic or Specialty Vinegar and toss. Add salt, pepper, raisins (or cranberries) and sprinkle nuts.
